Product Designer

Design how people delegate work, follow progress, and make decisions alongside AI colleagues. You’ll shape both the everyday product experience and the interaction patterns the rest of the team builds on.

• Take a workflow from user research through prototypes, detailed design, and implementation with engineering.
• Make agent activity understandable: what is happening, what needs a person, and what has been completed.
• Test interaction ideas in working prototypes, then refine typography, motion, and responsive behavior.
• Evolve the design system around patterns we actually use, including loading, empty, error, and approval states.

• Your portfolio shows shipped work, difficult tradeoffs, and how feedback changed your design.
• You can make complex workflows easy to follow without hiding the information people need to act.
• You communicate clearly with users and engineers and stay involved through implementation.
• You use AI tools thoughtfully in your process; experience prototyping in code is welcome.
