Product Engineer

Own a piece of Parall from the first user conversation to the shipped experience. You’ll work across the interface and backend to make conversations, approvals, and shared work feel like one product.

• Ship features across our React and TypeScript clients and Go services, from data models to the last interaction detail.
• Talk with teams using Parall, watch where work stalls, and turn those problems into small, testable improvements.
• Make live conversations reliable through reconnects, streaming responses, and concurrent updates.
• Follow features into production: instrument them, investigate failures, and improve them after launch.

• You have shipped user-facing software and can explain the decisions you made along the way.
• You are comfortable with frontend development, APIs, databases, and debugging across those boundaries.
• You care about interaction details and can balance them against performance and maintainability.
• You can turn an unclear problem into a practical plan and communicate tradeoffs with designers and engineers.
